Rates start from £950 per week in low season (January, February, November, December). Mid season is £1,150, high season (June, July, August) is £1,650, and peak season (Christmas, New Year, school holidays) is £1,950 per week. All prices are for the whole villa sleeping up to 10 guests.

What is included

All prices include end of stay clean, all linen and towels, use of all villa facilities including games room, 55" TV, WiFi, washer and dryer, fully equipped kitchen and private parking.

Booking deposit

A deposit is required to confirm your reservation, with the balance payable 8 weeks before arrival. A refundable security deposit of £300 is payable with the final balance.

Optional extras

Pool heating: £250 (not required May to September). Welcome food pack: £85. Mid stay clean: £135. Late check out until 4pm: £85. Flights, car hire and attraction tickets can also be arranged.

Cancellation policy

Deposits are non refundable. Cancellations 6 to 8 weeks before arrival: 25% of rental refunded. Cancellations less than 6 weeks before arrival: no refund. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
